Our second vintage of Quince spirit! Flavour mix of pear, apple and a drop of lemon.
Quince spirit. A rather unusual and rare distillate from a fruit that is ugly, has a leathery skin and is almost inedible until well-riped.
But this unruly fruit, the most difficult to prepare a ferment, will only show its full beauty after distillation. A flavour mix between apple and pear, complemented by an incredibly appealing lemon note.
A beautiful demonstration of the magic of distillation. Something you don’t want to eat becomes something you want to drink.
